A Typical Weekend Timetable

The format of the Missenden Railway Modellers weekend follows a very similar pattern each Spring and Autumn. 

Friday Arrive late afternoon
Modellers staying on site checkin to their rooms
Move to the modelling rooms and setup for the weekend
Bar opens at 6pm for pre-dinner drinks
Dinner is served in the dining room, this is typically a three course dinner with both meat and vegetarian options available.  Special diets can be catered for and should be requested at the time of booking.
Initial briefing meeting for all first time attendees.
Friday evening modelling session. At the end of this session the bar is available or you may retire to your room.
Saturday Full breakfast for those modellers staying on site
First modelling session
Coffee Break
Second modelling session
A light lunch is served in the dining room, usually with soup, salad, and a side helping of chips and a dessert.
First afternoon modelling session. Various short demonstration sessions

Bar opens at 6pm
Three course dinner
Evening modelling session. There is no fixed time for this session to end and it may run late into the evening as the modellers wish.
Sunday Full breakfast for those staying on site
Modellers staying on site should check out of their rooms
First morning modelling session
Coffee break
Second morning modelling session
Sunday lunch
Final modelling session
Depart Missenden Abbey by 4pm
