The format of the Missenden Railway Modellers weekend follows a very similar pattern each Spring and Autumn.

Modellers staying on site checkin to their rooms | ||
Move to the modelling rooms and setup for the weekend | ||
Bar opens at 6pm for pre-dinner drinks | ||
Dinner is served in the dining room, this is typically a three course dinner with both meat and vegetarian options available. Special diets can be catered for and should be requested at the time of booking. | ||
Initial briefing meeting for all first time attendees. | ||
Friday evening modelling session. At the end of this session the bar is available or you may retire to your room. | ||
Saturday | Full breakfast for those modellers staying on site | |
First modelling session | ||

Second modelling session | ||
A light lunch is served in the dining room, usually with soup, salad, and a side helping of chips and a dessert. | ||
