You know how much you can get done in a weekend,
so imagine what you will achieve in a week!

The first Summer School has been and gone, but was greatly enjoyed by the 19 people who were there.  It was a great week, but will be remembered for being so relaxing and the sheer enjoyment of indulging in a long, uninterrupted period of modelling.  Great things were achieved  - pictures will be available in due course - and a most enjoyable evening spent with the hospitable Wycombe Model Railway Society who have extensive rooms and no fewer that 12 layouts up and running.  Tony Wright gave sterling support to those requiring help and guidance throughout the week and he was joined at various times by Bob Alderman, Barry Norman and Tim Shackleton.

As for the future . . ?  Details will be posted as they become available, so keep looking.  If you weren't there, you missed a memorable week!

Wives and partners are welcome, either just to stay at the Abbey for a break, or take part in any of the many courses that the Abbey runs during Summer School.
