4mm dominates the smaller scales of the hobby and most modelling you see is in this scale, whether OO, EM or P4. There are as many building chassis with compensation and suspension as there are building rigid ones. There are great opportunities to see and (if you ask nicely) try out some more expensive pieces of kit such as chassis jigs and resistance soldering units (RSU). Then there are the other bits and pieces people have accumulated.
